Terms of use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These draft terms describe the intended Anyway marketplace model. The operator is ANYWAY LTD (company no. 17498380), trading as Anyway, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. Contact: support@anyway.me.uk.
What Anyway does
Anyway provides an online marketplace where a client can post a delivery request and independent transporters can submit quotes. Anyway introduces the client to a chosen transporter after the client accepts a quote and pays the introduction fee. Anyway does not provide the transportation service.
Quotes and charges
Posting a delivery request and comparing quotes is free. Each transporter sets their own delivery quote. Anyway does not add a markup to that quote. When the client accepts a quote, the client pays Anyway a one-time £9.99 introduction fee through Stripe Checkout. The fee is separate from the transporter’s quote and does not pay for the delivery itself. The client and transporter arrange any delivery payment directly between themselves.
Job visibility and closure
A posted job can receive quotes for up to 14 days. If the client accepts a quote, the job closes to further quotes immediately and is visible only to the client and the selected transporter. If no quote is accepted, it closes after 14 days.
When contact details are shared
Contact details are kept private from the other marketplace party until the client has accepted a quote and Stripe has confirmed the £9.99 introduction payment. Once confirmed, Anyway shares the client’s and selected transporter’s contact details with each other.
Delivery completion and feedback
After the introduction payment is confirmed and the delivery has taken place, either the client or the selected transporter can mark the job complete. This opens one opportunity for each party to leave a rating and optional written feedback about the other, linked to that job. Ratings and comments build the account’s public reputation and are shown to people viewing jobs and quotes under a stable profile label. Sign-in email addresses and contact details are not displayed with feedback. Feedback remains while the account exists and is removed or anonymised within 3 months after account closure, subject to legal requirements. Do not include contact details or sensitive personal information in feedback.
Transporters and delivery arrangements
Transporters are independent providers. Clients should confirm the scope, collection and delivery times, vehicle requirements, insurance, handling, and any other service details directly with the transporter before agreeing to a delivery. [ADD THE OPERATOR’S VERIFIED PROVIDER SCREENING, SAFETY, COMPLAINT, AND DISPUTE-HANDLING POLICIES BEFORE LAUNCH.]
Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Payments for the introduction fee are processed by Stripe. [SET OUT THE CANCELLATION WINDOW, REFUND POLICY, AND HOW A CUSTOMER CONTACTS SUPPORT. Confirm any applicable consumer cancellation rights before launch.]
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in email secure and provide accurate information. Do not post unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent content, or use another person’s contact information without permission. Anyway does not set a minimum age restriction for marketplace access. [ADD THE ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND APPEAL PROCESS BEFORE LAUNCH.]
Complaints and governing terms
Contact support@anyway.me.uk if you have a complaint. [ADD THE COMPLAINT PROCESS, LIABILITY TERMS, GOVERNING LAW, AND ANY OTHER REQUIRED TERMS AFTER REVIEW FOR THE BUSINESS AND ITS OPERATING AREA.]
Do not publish these draft terms or take live payments until the bracketed items are completed and the terms are reviewed for your business.
